Holidays
Most holidays, we plan to open for the day.
A social media post will be sent out at least five days in advance to inform everyone of this decision.
What to expect when picking up an order.
Arrive within your 15-minute time window. Park in the driveway or on the street. Send a text or call letting us know you have arrived, and someone will be right out to your window to hand you your order.
Sourdough Menu Items
Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Monday 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month, 12:30 - 4:00 pm
Sourdough menu items are available only on Saturday, Sunday, & Monday. Due to the fermentation time & my other work duties, we are unable to make sourdough on Wednesday. If you submit a sourdough order for Wednesday, it will not be accepted on our end.
How to order for delivery.
All deliveries must be pre-approved by email, call, or text. There is a $35 Minimum for delivery in Salem.
$25 Minimum for Keizer.
*For multiple orders for the same building or office, a combined total with the minimums will be accepted.
What if you're running late.
Just call or text to let us know. Usually, it's no big deal, but if we have a delivery to run, your order may be placed outside on a table for you to pick up.
